1. Preparation

We establish how you need to sample your enzyme and the necessary sample prep to be able to measure activity on the GlycoSpot platform.

2. Reaction

When transferring the prepared enzyme sample to the substrate and letting it react, the latter changes from a colorless to a color that can be measured spectrophotometrically.

3. The Measurement

With the GlycoSpot App, you scan the application-specific QR-code. The App then guides you step-by-step through the measurement on the Sirius spectrophotometer and presents the final result.

4. Data Crunching

The App’s algorithm processes the data and transfers it to the cloud platform, where it becomes accessible through your GlycoSpot Platform login.
